OITS Provides voicemail services to State Agencies within the Topeka and Wichita areas. OITS deployment of the new Unity Connect Voicemail Systems and Services will soon offer State Agencies expanded functionality and features needed to support Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). OITS Agency migrations to the new Unity Connect Voicemail accounts began September 14th , 2010. Agency migrations are moving forward with huge success and few issues. OITS targets a Mid-November date to complete the Topeka migration effort. Agency support and efforts have been key to the success of the Voicemail migration. OITS would like to extend our “Thanks” and “Appreciation” to all Agencies for their support and partnership in the Unity Connect Voicemail Project.
