Small Agency Support
OITS provides small agency support services to agencies that do not have their own
IT staff. OITS assures the most technically efficient staff is available to provide
a high level of customer service to meet customer needs. We provide the technical
assistance to all state agencies regarding the design, configuration and use of

Current Rate:
Work performed by the Small Agency Support Team is billed at the published rate
for OITS Technical Services which is currently $60.00 per hour.
