Site Outage or Malfunction

DURING Business Hours

(8am – 5pm, M-F)

If the outage or malfunction occurs during business hours, you have several options.  The options are listed below in order of preference/best response:

1. Call the OITS Professional Services Help Desk at 785.296.4999

2. Email the OITS Professional Services Help Desk at oits_ps@ks.gov

OUTSIDE of Business Hours

 

If the outage or malfunction occurs outside of business hours and also outside of the weekly maintenance window (Sundays, 6am – noon), the best option is to:

 

Call the Network Operations Center at 785.296.2310

Content Assistance (during business hours ONLY)

If you need assistance with creating/editing content for your website (during business hours only):

  • Call the OITS Professional Services Help Desk at 785.296.4999
  • Email the OITS Professional Services Help Desk at oits_ps@ks.gov

Website Changes/Additions and New Requests

If you need significant changes made to your website (such as a new look and feel, adding of a subsite, new type of content, etc.) or are looking to create/re-design a website:

  • Contact the OITS Professional Services Help Desk at 785.296.4999 or via email to oits_ps@ks.gov and a work order will be created.
