KIRMS

Kansas Information Resources Management System (KIRMS) is an automated workflow tracking and billing system. KIRMS provides OITS with automated processes for entering work request information, scheduling and dispatching technicians, generating billing information, and gathering a centralized repository of data for reporting needs. KIRMS also contains a menu of screens for our customers to use to enter work orders, print their monthly invoices and access to numerous reports that are available for them. KIRMS continues to be improved and enhanced as needs are identified.
